Can i get breast cancer atall at the age of 12?

hi my name is john and i was wondering if i could get breast cancer at this age of 12 going on 13, i have a lump that is about an inch deep and 1 inch wide , i am really wondering if i do i know that there is nearly no chance of me haveing breast cancer at all but what iff i have im really worring hope you could get back at mee thanks
