Pain in lower right side in pelvic regon?

I have a pain in my lower right pelvic regon like by my hip but like in my side...it hurts but isntt a sharp pain and isnt like its just.there its like a dull pressure abd hurts when I get.up or walk or lay down...it started thismorning but when I layed down for bed it got worse. I feel like nausious a tiny bit but im not guna throw up. And also I feel like my eyes arent seeing correct like I cant explain it too well. But im in alot of pain...and dont say go to the doctors because I cant im 17and I dont want to tell my mokm because shell just brush it iff....so help?
