Where are the feminist/ the liberals on the womens rights for Muslim Women?

ironically feminist spoiled it for women living now. Women today will never know what it is like to be a real woman and celebrate family and child birth. The reason is when a woman is concentrating on her career because she has been told this is what she has to do she forgets about having children and when she gets to 40 she has children which is very dangerous to have them at this age for the child and mother, she takes a couple of weeks off to recover and is back at work leaving the kid to be brought up by strangers. Not really a woman is it? more like what a man would be like if he could have kids. Why would middle easter woman want that?
