My boyfriend touches my neck? And...?

Im a girl and 16, so i have had at least 5 previous boyfriends and all of which i have slept with. But i have met a boy who is sorta a bad boy but is very respectfull towards me, we hav'nt yet slept with eachover but he keeps giving me hints as iff to make me feel like he is making me wait for it? When i am with him he will hold me close and touch my neck, shoulders, back of my neck, and coller bone. He always tells me how beautiful i am and how he will do anything for me, he sometimes will go for my breast's ect... I love him alot! but why is he like this towards me and why my neck and that lot? Please help.
