HELP!!!! this is a little embarrassing but im desperate!!?

i feel extremly bloated and constipated! i took a laxitive about a couple of hours ago but it didnt work! my stomache and sides are in extrem pain! its as iff its stuck in the middle and wont move!! please please please help me!!! and i dont think it has to do with my diet (but im most likley wrong) cuz i eat pretty healthy! but ive always had constipation issues
