2nd hole piercing on ear lobe & want a third one on one side. Buuut, which side?

Okay, so i want to get my second hole done on my ears realllly bad. I already have one on each ear. I also have my cartilage pierced on my right side. & i want a third piercing either on one ear or both but i'm not sure which side to get the third on iff i get one? The side with the cartilage piercing (right) or my left?
