Can i go alone to get my eyebrows done?

because its too embarresing to tell my mom i want them done cuz she was pist off enough when i did them myself and now they are realllyyyy uneven....so i am going to grow them out and then go get them done.....IFF I CAN : ).......will i have to have a parent with me cuz a bratty girl i no was like to me, you have to have an adult with you so i just want to know...Do i need to have an adult with me to get my eyebrows done? thanks so much ahhaa :) I'm 13
