I spilled water on my laptop now whenever i try to type a letter it types two letters. what do i do to fix it?

so like i was on my MOMS laptop then i spilled water on it, and now whenever i type any of the letters in the top row, it types the number above it too. like if i write a T it puts 5t .. and yeahh like iff i dont fix it my moms gonna murder me. PLEASE HELP omg. D':
