Was thinking about starting a youtube channel.?

So I love makeup and I love fashion and was thinking about starting a fashion/beauty channel. But I also was wondering what other things I can do to make my channel different. My friends and I were thinking of doing music videos to songs. like all out makeup and outfits. Like talented lip singing and stuff lol. just giifubg iff cvideos and what not. Haha what else can we do? should it be a strictly fashion channel or should it be like a variety channel?
