Can a night guard for teeth grinding push my 2 front protuding teeth back?

please help i have had 2 front teeth that have been pushed out more than my others from thumb sucking and i hate it i just want to fix it soo bad i even tried to use my figure i could never afford braces or invisalign i just really am wondering iff a night guard for teeth grinding could eventually push my 2 front teeth back it i left it on fora little while please reply i am soo desperate too get a nice smile
