Nothing wrong with it. I know a lot of straight guys who have done "gay" things as an experiment. and im sure the guy will understand if you explain it to him that way. As for the other people who saw or found out well there you might have a problem. Its better to just tell the truth or just blame the alcohol. Say you thought he was a chick or something along those lines.
