If a doorman has banned me... Can he? ( BIG HELP PEOPLE )?

Okay, this doorman has hated me since i was young and has banned me from this one nightclub ..where he works because i did something wrong, IFF he decides to work in another nightclub can he just ban me from that one because of past history?? (Preferably doormans who answer this) thanks people.
